CScout Coordinates World Contraception Day Media Event

Bayer Schering Pharma’s World Contraception Day kicks off with online press conference

Working in conjunction with Kreative Konzeption and Ketchum, CScout helped organize the online press conference for the annual World Contraception Day which took place on September 24, 2009. The media event featured members of the Youth Task Force (YTF), a group of young regional celebrities from around the world who will serve as the program’s ambassadors, and officially launched the accompanying website, www.Your-Life.com. CScout also invited bloggers from five different countries to follow the event, where they and other journalists got an advance look at the results of the first international survey on teenage attitudes towards sex and contraception. Journalists and bloggers were invited to ask questions and receive immediate feedback from the panel, making it a truly interactive virtual media event. The whole conference is now available online as well as full survey results.
