Mobile phone provider Docomo has developed a smart “lifestyle support” service for mobile phone users called iConcier (short for concierge), which is active on the main screen rather than as a separate application.

Trend Impact: With iConcier, Docomo demonstrates how mobile phones can function as total lifestyle aids while also being intuitive and a mild mobile version of A.I. In this case the service is a smart one, and one that makes the transition for users as simple and as passive as possible.
