Concept jewelry highlights trend toward digital accessories.

The Shenzhen-based Chocolate Agency is out to make slap bracelets cool again with a digital re-take on a popular design. The agency’s innovative e-paper slap bracelets, which are still at the concept stage, are made from a thin, flexible, high contrast screen that can display images. The length can be altered by adding magnetically attached extenders, and the bracelet is powered by the body’s natural motion.

LG Philips recently announced the world’s first 14.1-inch flexible color e-paper display baed technology, and Samsung have used E Ink technology to set a new world record for the resolution of a large flexible color display.
