Isn’t it cute. The new MobiBlu DAH-1500 is one of the tiniest MP3 Players, measuring only 24 x 24 x 24 mm and weighing 18 grams. It is so small that the company is maarketing the little music cube as the perfect fashion accessory. Wearing it as an earring or as necklace ornament might be one of the only ones not to lose the tiny music-box.
Despite its small size, the DAH-1500 comes with an FM tuner and the promise of 20 hour playback time. It also features an OLED display, adjacent to an iPod-style circular control wheel. The headset plug functions as well as the data connector.
Although MobiBlu markets the DAH-1500 as the world’s smallest MP3 Player, there are other choices too. According to the online-magazine endgadget, the BenQ Joybee 102 is “the size of a silver dollar†and, at 10.52 cubic cm, still 23.5% smaller than the DAH-1500, which measures 13. 82 cubic cm. Next comes the Hsuan Mao measuring 15.08 cubic cm, followed by Samsung’s YP-T5H with 28.56cubic cm.

But, to be honest, none of the other tiny MP3 Players can be mixed up with a sugar cube. So far the DAH-1500 is not listed on the MobiBlu site. But there is some rumor that the DAH-1500 might be on the market by the end of this month.
